WCP 009 Llantwit Major to Ogmore

A 16km stage starting at Llantwit Major Beach, past St Donats, past Nash Point lighthouse, Dunraven Bay (aka Southerndown) and finishing at Ogmore Beach. The most memorable aspect of this was the mud. Mud, mud, mud and more mud.
