In this special geopolitical analysis, Saqlain Imam examines the Tehran talks, the Mecca Joint Defence Agreement, MBS’s regional strategy, and the future of American influence in the Middle East. Tehran Conference: Which Countries Participated? The four countries represented at the meeting were: Iran: President Masoud Pezeshkian, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and senior security officials participated in the discussions. Saudi Arabia: Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman represented the kingdom. Pakistan: Field Marshal Asim Munir participated as Pakistan’s army chief and chief of defence forces. Türkiye (Turkey): Intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin represented Türkiye. The reported agenda covered several major regional security challenges: The Mecca Defence Pact: Can Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Türkiye strengthen regional security while maintaining dialogue with Iran? MBS vs Trump: How might Saudi Arabia balance its defence relationship with Washington against its regional security priorities? Iran-US negotiations: Can diplomatic channels reopen amid the continuing confrontation between Tehran and Washington? The Saudi-Houthi conflict: Can talks with Iran help address Houthi attacks on Saudi territory and critical infrastructure? The Strait of Hormuz: What would restoring maritime security mean for global oil supplies, shipping and energy prices? Reports also indicated that discussions included a possible regional non-aggression framework and the US naval blockade of Iranian ports. These were reported agenda items, not confirmed agreements. What Was the Outcome of the Tehran Conference? The confirmed outcome was limited but significant diplomatically: all four countries agreed to continue dialogue to strengthen regional cooperation, peace and security. However, no comprehensive peace agreement or publicly confirmed regional non-aggression deal was announced at the conclusion of the meeting. The questions of stopping Houthi attacks, resolving the US-Iran confrontation and securing the Strait of Hormuz remain central challenges. The meeting therefore represents an opening for further diplomacy—not proof that the region has reached a new security settlement. Is Saudi Arabia Moving Away from the United States? The Mecca Defence Pact brings Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Türkiye together under a mutual-defence framework. Yet engaging Iran diplomatically does not automatically mean that Saudi Arabia intends to abandon its relationship with the United States. The key question is whether regional powers can develop stronger independent security mechanisms while continuing to manage their relationships with Washington and other global actors. Can MBS pursue greater strategic autonomy? Could Pak and Türkiye help bridge the divide between Saudi Arabia and Iran? And will the Tehran talks lead to practical steps towards de-escalation—or remain an initial diplomatic effort? #SaudiArabia #Iran #MBS #MeccaPact #TehranConference #Pakistan #Trump #Geopolitics Check Out Our Other Videos: 1:    • Punjabi Philosopher Baba Bulleh Shah Kaun ...   2:    • Boorhi Maa Ki Adhi Roti Bhi Bardasht Nahin...   3:    • History Of Jamalo Sheedi - Lansdowne Bridg...   Vlog Central Team: Ejaz Virk — Director of Production Umair Qadeer — Digital Creator Abdurrab Afzal — NLE Dil Nasheen — NLE Zeeshan Khalid — NLE Tauqeer Abbas — Cameraman Asim Malik — Cameraman Follow Us On Social Media: Facebook:   / vlogcentralpk   Instagram:   / vlogcentralpk   TikTok:   / vlogcentralpk   Twitter: https://x.com/VlogCentralPk Get In Touch: Contact us at vlogcentralpk@gmail.com Check out our channel here:    / @vlogcentraltv   Don't forget to subscribe!
