Ashbury Lonely Player Travel Ukulele Review

I bought an Ashbury Lonely Player Travel ukulele following a review from Baz @ Got A Ukulele (check out his review -    • Got A Ukulele Reviews - Ashbury Lonely Player  ). I've had it for a few weeks now so here are my thoughts… Generally it's pretty well put together and feels like a solid ukulele. The design is obviously pretty interesting as it has no headstock - this makes its slightly smaller than a standard soprano ukulele in both length and width. For the large part the reversed stringing works out well but it can be a bit painful on your arm. The ends of the strings tend to dig into my forearm when playing. The sound quality isn't amazing but it's good enough that I can use it as a practice ukulele and play it quietly on a night when my family are asleep and don't want disturbing.
