4.0 vs 4.5 tennis: Descent into depression in a UTR match

Highlights from 2 sets with Adrien in a UTR flex league match. He is a full-time tennis coach who grew up playing on clay and his experience, consistency, and composure showed. All he had to do was keep hitting it high and my impatience led to implosion. I could have probably been more aggressive but I wasn't confident in my fresh strings. Throughout the course of the 2 hours, my shot selection kept going downhill as I became madder with myself. I had chances but did not take them. Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. The sets ended 6-7, 4-6. 0:00 First set 8:53 Second set 10:24 Speedrun to hell I picked up tennis in August 2022 and wish I had started 30 years ago. Through posting videos on this channel, I hope to keep myself accountable and document my progression from a complete beginner to a passable hitting partner.
