How to balance a tonearm

Assembling a turntable (Pioneer PL-200) and balancing the tonearm. Installing the platter and mat; attaching the counterweight; zeroing the balance weight; setting the stylus pressure; setting the anti-skate; using the cuing lever. Note that this is a simple setup, intended for use by ordinary turntable users and is correct for this type of turntable.
