SkyrimNet: Farengar teaches some magic

SkyrimNet has a custom action system that exposes game data parameters to the LLMs in real time. This allows things like Farengar knowing what spells he has and being able to cast them, autonomously, if he thinks its appropriate. Creating diferent actions is possible even for users without any coding experience. If there is a proper game function for it, then an action is possible.
