A look into SA's constitution with Prof. Shadrack Ghutto

The South African Parliament launched a programme commemorating the 20th anniversary of the South African Constitution. The year long programme will see to events that will be rolled out as the year progresses. While the programme is about celebrating the adoption of a democratic constitution in 1996, this gives South Africans an opportunity to create conversations on what does this constitution represent and who is it for.
