Repairing The Rarest 386

I hate the title, too. Still, this thing broke down for reasons that were unknown, though there were a few likely culprits. It turns out to be a mix of two such parts, thankfully neither of them being particularly special, so we go in and deal with it, then explore the hardware a little, especially the VideoSurge 24 Capture Card. That or something else is going on, which would actually be concerning, as I've seen a few channels do that now, where they suddenly hit a massive influx of views and then vanish.
