OTTAWA KANSAS CHRISTMAS PARADE 2025 🎄🎅

Every year my hometown of Ottawa, Kansas holds their annual Christmas Parade and this year’s (although cold and windy) was truly a wonderful experience! It started around 5pm with everyone downtown Ottawa hanging out at Haley Park, kids getting photos with Santa, riding a Choo Choo train, hot coco and listening and dancing to Christmas music! The Ottawa Spotlight Dance academy then kicked off the night with the traditional “Nutcracker” dance and although they froze - they did fantastic! They did 3 different dances and performed like angelic warriors! Phil Messenger read “the Night Before Christmas” to the crowd with some brave kiddos bundled up in front of him - then my town held a Toy Giveaway sponsored by Arvest Bank finally follow by Ottawa, Kansas town mayor Emily Allen and her family flipping the switch to light the beautiful Christmas Lights downtown Ottawa! Afterwards and finally - the 2025 Ottawa, Kansas Christmas Parade began! 🎄🇺🇸 Merry Christmas and Thank You to all who showed up, sponsored and supported our hometown event! We must keep our traditions alive and well! ☺️ Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/ra/snowy-road License code: 5JPB0WRPZF26HCL7
