I don't bother with Waterfowl and instead utilize Freezing Pots. After the 2nd Freezing Pot, the 3rd will be a blank, the 4th will cancel her attack, the 5th and 6th are blanks, 7th will cancel again. So my aim was: 1st phase = x1 Waterfowl, 2nd phase = x2 Waterfowl. Any more and it's a restart. My approach to this fight is rather on the careful side, so excuse if it's not as climatic and exciting.
