This bike was passed from father to son and eventually came to me for a complete resurrection. We tear into the old Ironhead, find worn rings and out-of-round cylinders, have the cylinders bored and honed, install KB Performance pistons, rebuild the top end, replace worn components, sort out decades-old problems, and put the entire bike back together.
