A 46 km drive from Inariyama Shrine in Yanai to Ihota Port on Suo-Oshima, Yamaguchi, Japan.
The journey begins on the local roads of Yanai before heading toward National Route 188. From there, the route joins National Route 437, crosses the Oshima Bridge and continues east across Suo-Oshima to Ihota Ferry Port.
For around 55 minutes, ride along quiet island roads and the Seto Inland Sea from the passenger seat of a Honda Monkey 125 Sidecar.
No talking. No music.
Just the engine sound, road noise and ambient sounds of everyday Japan.
