Icelandair Boeing 737 MAX 8 | London Gatwick to Keflavik, Iceland *FULL FLIGHT*

This video can not be taken or reuploaded without permission from me Hi all, I decided for my final flight trip of the year, I wanted to revisit Iceland, somewhere I went back in the Spring, but due to unfortunate weather back then the trip didn't go as planned. This time I wanted to fly with Icelandair. Originally when I booked this flight it was scheduled for a 757 however it got changed to a 737 MAX which was pretty cool, I still would have preferred a 757. Icelandair's MAX is actually pretty cool though, nice fresh interior, spacious cabin with plenty of legroom, it just felt so fresh onboard. On the way out, our flight became over an hour delayed departing, due to the late arrival of the aircraft as well as congestion at Gatwick. Once we took off though, we had some nice views across the south of England before heading north towards the Atlantic. On approach you'll notice it was very cloudy and grim in Iceland, once out of the clouds we entered a windy approach for Runway 02 (a headwind of 40kt gusts), we then made for a nice firm landing on 02. Due to deicing at Keflavik, it meant that this aircraft had a very dirty window after arriving at Gatwick, so at times it was quite hard to keep the camera in focus, I hope you'll understand that. There was really nothing I could do, coincidentally however this same window was sparkling clean 2 days later when I came back to Gatwick. While in Iceland I managed to find a decent spot to do a bit of spotting, so look out for a small compilation, as well as my flight back on the same aircraft in this video, which features a beautiful sunrise coming over the Atlantic.
