I CAN'T Pull Vesna So I Built MIZUKI Instead And She's AMAZING

Genshin Impact introduced new reactions and one of them is stellar swirl which brought back Mizuki to the limelight. While Vesna's banner is running, I decided to build my Mizuki instead because I am saving my primogems for Noy and Dainsleif. In this video, I tried to build her team and artifacts as best as I can as an f2p player. It isn't perfect but it's better than nothing... and she still actually performed very well! She is now easily one of the most relaxing characters to play in Genshin Impact. Just press skill button and boom, enemies gone lol. Thanks for watching!
