Pantorouter XL build: Pantograph

Building a pantorouter based on Matthias Wandel's Pantorouter XL for a school subject. Although Matthias uses and would recommend baltic birch plywood for the pantorouter, I couldn't find any in Adelaide, so I opted for marine plywood which has 4 fewer layers than BB plywood. Therefore, if any wood movement occurs resulting in failure of the machine, you guys will be the first to know.
