Riot Just Banned Something In Riftbound (It's Not A Card)

Three weeks before the European Regional Championship in Stuttgart, Riot changed how Regional Championships work. Concessions are banned, decklists are open, the Overnumbered plated legends are now a top-58 draft, Best-Of prizes only cover Unleashed, Vendetta and Radiance legends, and Riot is testing three fixes for the player going second. Here's my verdict on all five. 0:00 Riot just banned something 0:28 Change 1: Concessions banned 2:06 Change 2: Open decklists 3:16 Change 3: Best-Of prizes (who's out) 5:35 Change 4: The Overnumbered draft + Worlds invites 6:35 Change 5: Going second - Option A, B or C? 8:33 All 5 verdicts Which going-second fix should Riot ship - A, B or C?
