I was lucky enough to get a hold of the new Chase Bliss Brothers '82 pedal in my Mystery Box, so let's see how weird this dual channel overdrive can get. So far the key has been two-fold: use Brothers '82 on unique sources, like a synth (MOSS-309 & MIDI guitar), a beat (Deluge) and my Hohner Pianet T electric piano, and play with the onboard noise gate for extreme effects. I'm no expert on '80s distortion or amp models, but I did have fun trying this pedal on just about everything. There are some regular guitar experiments in there too via my Telecaster and Templo Devices Nomad 50 amp, but there's also a fidget spinner, for good measure. Brothers '82 is currently only available as a limited Mystery Box release, with a regular release expected in a different colour next year.
