“Joy to the world, my shopping's done!” - How a BA can beat the chaos of Christmas shopping

Joy to the world, the Christmas shopping is done. Said nobody, ever, in the first week of December. Most people tackle festive season shopping with stress and panic. Helen Holder tackles it like a BA, and with two children whose birthdays fall just before Christmas plus a large extended family, she has to. In this episode of "What would a BA do?", Linda Parker sits down with Helen Holder, Lead Business Analyst at the Ministry of Justice. Watch now to find out: What does risk identification look like when the deadline genuinely cannot move? How do you elicit requirements from adults who have no idea what they want? Which technique saves Helen the most money every year? "What would a BA do?" is the mini podcast from BA Life. Informative yet informal, relevant yet irreverent. BA Life is home of BA Festival in a Day, the biggest annual online conference for Business Analysis professionals in the world.
