In Dungeons and Dragons, the world of Eberron has one great mystery at its center. A kingdom on the continent of Khorvaire was mysteriously destroyed by some kind of magical weapon of mass destruction - and no one knows who did it or why. All that is left behind is a wasteland of magical fallout called the Mournlands.
