2019 07 26 Two cases multiple drug allergies & osteomyelitis presented by Dr Michael Durkin

This is the final case presentation of the 2019 MASEC season. Two cases are presented and discussed by Dr. Michael Durkin and colleagues. In the first case a patient with complicated post-surgical infection and multiple antimicrobial allergies is discussed. The second case involves a patient with a diabetic ulcer who has now developed osteomyelitis. Antimicrobial therapy is discussed with special attention to IV vs. PO therapy upon patient discharge from the hospital.
