FEERS Energy Efficiency Dialogue Series 1 | Event Highlights

The inaugural FEERS Energy Efficiency Dialogue Series 2026 was held on 12 September 2026 at the University of Botswana under the theme “Understanding Botswana’s Energy Efficiency Landscape.” The dialogue brought together students, researchers, energy-sector professionals and stakeholders to examine Botswana’s energy-efficiency landscape and discuss what it will take to turn research, policy and innovation into meaningful action. The session featured a keynote address by Dr. Never Tshabang, CEO of the Botswana Energy Regulatory Authority (BERA), a panel discussion with Bonolo Segale, Kago Rabasoma and Maduo Mosothwane, and a presentation of FEERS’ baseline research on energy consumption and efficiency in Botswana.
