(FAULTY) 2000s' Primus FS7: Colour wash 60C° FAIL - Error 11 slow fill & cancelled final spin

Failed full cycle today with this stainless steel mid 2000s' Primus FS7 7KG soft-mount commercial washer, washed my blanket at prog. 2 colour wash 60C° with 40C° pre-wash but didn't end up too well.. The water on this machine was tap cold (boiler of the building not heating properly) and the pressure was very bad - didn't flush all of the powder. On the final rinse it took overtime to reach water level, so the machine stopped and the time/temperature screen started counting down 150 seconds before error 11 (slow fill) showed up.
