Look at the stars, look how they shine for you... and look at the Earth spelling it out! I scoured thousands of Landsat satellite photos to find natural geological formations, rivers, coastlines, and mountains that naturally formed the shapes of the alphabet. After tracking down every single letter, I sequenced these massive planetary formations frame-by-frame to spell out the lyrics to Coldplay’s iconic song, "Yellow." Every word you see in this video is a real place on our planet, captured from orbit. No CGI, just Mother Nature acting as the ultimate typographer. How I Made This: Imagery: Sourced high-resolution satellite photography from the NASA/USGS Landsat program. Editing: Sequenced, timed, and color-graded entirely in Adobe Premiere Pro. Process: It took 7-8 hours of scanning satellite maps just to find all the right letters, and then matching the cuts perfectly to Chris Martin's vocals.
