Let Me See Them | Inspired by President Dallin H. Oaks | April 2026 General Conference

What changes when we pause long enough to see the person behind the words that hurt us? “Let Me See Them” is an original song inspired by President Dallin H. Oaks’s April 2026 General Conference message, “Alive in Christ.” It follows a personal prayer to move beyond resentment, listen with compassion, and recognize a child of God in someone we struggle to love. “There's a child of God before me. Let me see them as You do.” This is an independent creative work. Songs of Conference is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This song is an artistic response to the message, not an official Church publication or a substitute for the original talk. It was created through a collaborative songwriting and production process using generative tools as part of the music and visual workflow.
