It's THIRSTY THURSDAY! Hey, thank you for joining us on this episode! We really appreciate the time you take to check out our videos. Check out our new video here: On this episode we are tasting a Mezcal and doing an experiment with a bottle of dried spices. The Mezcal is Banhez Mezcal Ensamble. This Mezcal is a blend of two Agaves. It is 90% Espadin and 10% Barril. It is 42% ABV, 84 Proof. Banhez Mezcal is a co-operative made up of 35+ families in tiny village of San Miguel Ejutla in the central valley of Oaxaca. It is made in the style of Artesanal We are also doing a tasting of this Mezcal that has been seeped in a 500ml bottle with assorted dried spices. It seeped for at least 48 hrs. My wife, Gina, gifted this bottle of spices to me for Christmas. It is meant to have your favorite Mezcal poured in. Now seemed to be a perfect opportunity to try this infusion. So. How does the Mezcal taste on its own? Did we like it? How does the Mezcal taste after setting 48 hours in the spice bottle? Did we like it? Watch to get all these questions answered and more! T.A. SALUD! Music by: J.C. Henderson Contact: songchild91@yahoo.com
