Major termite damage on the top floor - Demolition phase (ep. 04)

We discovered a severe termite infestation across the entire top floor of our 1970s house, mainly targeting the original timber ceilings. In this episode, we tackle the full demolition of the ceilings, floors, and wall paneling. The wooden ceilings in the home office, bathroom, and studio were completely destroyed, along with the studio's decorative wood paneling, so none of it could be saved. However, the original hardwood floorboards in the office and studio were extremely durable and only affected in a few isolated spots.
