Swedish sausage - Falukorv - in an Indian style sauce

This is my food experiment to see if you can exchange chicken to a swedish sausage in an Indian Butter chicken sauce. For all Indians - this is a butter chicken style sauce - not the real deal. What I used: Sauce: 1 pc. onion, diced 1 tbs finely grated fresh ghinger 1 tbs cooking oil 30 g butter 2 pcs. cloves of garlic 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp turmaric 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tbs Sambal Oelek 1/2 tsp salt 1 pc. tin of crushed tomatoes (à 400 g) 2 dl full fat heavy cream (40%) 1 tbs caster sugar 600 g falukorv - Swedish sausage
