POST-BAN DRAGON TEMPO! Legacy Mono Blue with NO RESERVE LIST CARDS ft. True-Name Nemesis. MTG League

I'm so happy they banned Entomb and bolted the unboltable bird. We are entering the New Tempo Era. And what if we could play wasteland without ourselves being vulnerable to wasteland? I bring you Mono Blue Tempo. This is a full legacy MTGO league with live commentary. Legacy is the deepest format of the deepest card game ever created. Cards like Force of Will and Wasteland make it possible for fair creature decks to stop even the most degenerate combo decks. The main thing that makes Legacy an expensive format to play is the Wizards of the Coast Reserve List, which prevents certain cards like the Revised Dual Lands from being reprinted. I intentionally play without reserve list cards to show everyone that Legacy is a format where you can still win without breaking the bank. If you're a Modern, Standard, or EDH Commander player who wants to get into Legacy, you can currently build this entire deck for less than $1,000. You may already own many of the cards. Note that this channel is fine to watch with your kids. I make a point to not say anything I wouldn't want my kids to hear. Leave a comment with a timestamp if you see me make any questionable plays, or catch any punts that I don't catch. This not only helps me get better – it helps everyone else get better, too. Let's all work together to be excellent at Legacy! 0:00:00 Deck Tech 0:03:34 Round 1 VS Doomsday 0:26:53 Round 2 VS UB Tempo (VS EasyMoneyMarksman) 0:41:16 Round 3 VS Blue Painter 1:04:32 Round 4 VS Jeskai Artifact combo (awesome new brew) 1:31:05 Round 5 VS Mono Black 1:44:58 Post-League Observations Decklist: https://moxfield.com/decks/ZgrdDfz4QE...
