🚨Ghana's housing sector could be heading for a major transformation as President John Dramani Mahama pushes to revive the long-abandoned Saglemi Housing Project. During an inspection of the project, President Mahama said construction is expected to accelerate significantly, with the developer targeting: 🏠 700 housing units by March next year 🏠 1,500 units by December next year The President also encouraged Ghanaians to register as soon as the official sales portal opens, warning that demand for the completed homes is expected to be high. “I want to encourage Ghanaians to register as soon as the sales portal opens because these houses will be in high demand.” Meanwhile, President Mahama has also launched the Green City Project at Dedesua in Kumasi, under the State Housing Company Limited.
