Take a virtual tour of the new Louisville VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. On Veterans Day, November 11, 2021, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) broke ground on the new 972,000 square foot medical center project. VA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District, will build the new 104 bed, full-service hospital, which will provide world-class healthcare to more than 45,000 Veterans. In addition to the new medical facility, the project includes parking structures, a central utility plant, roadways, sidewalks, and other site improvements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is honored to be working alongside our VA partners to bring this much-deserved, state-of-the-art facility to fruition for our Veterans.
