LG OLED Panel Problem 😡 | ₹1.34 Lakh Repair Cost | My Complete LG Service Experience

I bought my LG OLED65C1 65 inch TV in May 2022 for around ₹1.7 lakh. After around 4 years of use the TV developed visible waviness and distortion in the top left portion of the OLED screen. There is no external damage or crack. I contacted LG India and an LG technician inspected the TV. I was informed that the OLED panel needs to be replaced and the estimated cost was around ₹1.34 lakh. I did not agree to this repair estimate and requested LG to review the matter and consider replacing the panel at company cost. In this video I have documented my complete experience from the beginning of the screen problem to the LG service visit and the latest communication from LG regarding my complaint and its cancellation.
