Muddy Mountain Bike ride up Vail mountain and Down Cougar Ridge

Muddy mountain bike climb up the fire roads on Vail mountain to a dreamy downhill on Cougar Ridge trail into Minturn and then back to Vail on the bike path. 21.37 miles in total. 6.5 miles up to top of Eagle Bahn Gondola at 10,350 ft. Cougar Ridge is such a fun trail that I have ridden multiple times this year by accessing the gondola and then riding from the top. Cougar Ridge starts at 6:20 in on the video. This is the first time I have done the 6.5 mile climb to the top of the Lionshead Gondola. This trail is definitely worth the ride. My favorite thing to do after this ride is to go visit my friends at Rocky Mountain Taco (Rocky's Taco) in Minturn after for delicious Tacos and beers.
