【残したい大分の音風景】トキハデパート本店ミュージックサイレン

大分市民に長く愛されてきたミュージックサイレンも、全国で3台のみが稼働するに至りました。 稼働している間に、貴重な音を録音し、動画にまとめられないかと令和4年6月7日から9日にかけて取材撮影を行いました。 10時から19時までの3曲すべてを収録することができました。 まさに郷土の音として、記録を残しておきたいと思います。 収録場所 10時 小田進吾「朝」 ライオンパーク一銀駐車場 12時 杉山長谷夫「花嫁人形」 府内アクアパーク 19時 フォスター「アニーローリー」 JR大分駅アミュプラザおおいた屋上 収音マイク RODE Video Micro 特にアニーローリーは、駅裏に長く住んでいたこともあり、一番よく耳にした音でしたので、収録はその位置に近い場所からの収録としました。 その他の音も、大分市民が自然に耳にしたであろうサイレンを想定し、あえて信号や交通騒音を完全に排除せずサウンドスケープとして記録しました。 【訂正】字幕の一部に誤りがありました。 誤　昭和50年（1970年）10月 正　昭和50年（1975年）10月 トキハデパート改築は昭和50年が正しく、西暦標記は1975年が正解です。 誤植をご指摘いただきましたので、訂正してお詫び申し上げます。 公式Instagram   / maisondecof.  . Once widely used across Japan, only a very small number of these music sirens remain in operation today. This recording was made between June 7 and June 9, 2022, while the system was still functioning, in order to preserve its sound as an audio-visual record. All three daily melodies (10:00, 12:00, and 19:00) were successfully recorded. This work is intended as a local soundscape record of Oita City. Recording Locations 10:00 – “Morning” by Shingo Oda Lion Park Ichigin Parking Area 12:00 – “Hanayome Ningyo” by Haseo Sugiyama Funai Aqua Park 19:00 – “Annie Laurie” by Stephen Foster Rooftop of JR Oita Station (Amu Plaza Oita) Microphone RODE Video Micro “Annie Laurie” was the melody I personally heard most often, having lived for many years behind the station. For this reason, it was recorded from a location close to that familiar listening point. For the other recordings as well, the intention was to capture the siren as it would naturally be heard by people in Oita City. Therefore, environmental sounds such as traffic and signals were intentionally not removed, and the recordings are presented as part of the original soundscape.
