Robbers at the Kenyan Top Bar Hive

Heaps of action around the hive today. 1st of January. Thought I was queenless. Bees were flying all over and appeared to be fighting on the ground. Oh no...being robbed. Bees trying to get in through all sorts of cracks like they were lost. My hive is weak anyway. Reduced the entrance and will see what happens, maybe a healthy swarm will move in?
