How I Build a Rocky Mountain Paludarium with a Real Flowing Waterfall – Build Paludarium

Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, I’m building a beautiful rocky mountain paludarium with a real flowing waterfall, bringing a small piece of nature right into your home. For this project, I’m using black lava rocks to create a natural-looking rocky mountain, with dry branches and roots to add depth and make the landscape look more realistic. I’ll also use expanding foam to shape the mountain and create planting areas for a variety of tropical plants and moss. One of the most interesting features of this build is the waterfall system. I’m using a 10W water pump to circulate water to the top of the mountain, allowing it to flow naturally down the rocks. I’ll also guide water to the planting areas to help keep the plants moist and healthy. To complete the landscape, I’m adding tropical pitcher plants, mini ferns, Fittonia, Mini Taiwan moss, and river gravel to create a lush, natural environment. Throughout this video, I’ll show you the entire process step by step, from building the structure and arranging the rocks to installing the water pump, shaping the waterfall, and planting the greenery.
