Friend Claims He FRAMED Yella Beezy to Avoid Prison

Theodore Thomas, a childhood friend of rapper Yella Beezy, returned to the stand on Monday to discuss his grand jury testimony and friendship with Beezy. Thomas claimed that he falsely implicated his friend in the murder of rival Dallas rapper Mo3. He said he made the claims to avoid a federal prison sentence. Prosecutors allege that Yella Beezy paid hitman Kewon White $40,000 to kill Mo3 in November 2020.
