Blomberg rapidjet cottons 40 prewash and extra rinse (blankets and dressing gowns test GONE WILD!!!)

Finally got round to doing a test I really wanted to do with this machine the blanket and dressings gowns test! This machine put up the best fight so far it managed to get this full load completely wet in around 40 minutes (half the time it took the Samsung) and didn’t need me to manually fill it up once unlike the WTG The machine reached its top up limited on the prewash so unfortunately washed completely dry on it but it did get this load wetter than the Samsung did on its prewash Was very happy to see that even with prewash on the machine will reset the top up counter and top up on the main wash saturation if the level gets too low even with it filling to a very deep level at first The intensive action and over 1 hour long Aquatech phase made the main wash very foamy which gave perfect results unlike the Samsung that didn’t have a single bit of soap once everything was wet in it The spins are where it gets interesting I’ve never had to say this with any other wash in this machine but I wish it did 1 300rpm burst on every spin with a full load instead of just 1 burst on the first spin this resulted in chaos sudslocks thankfully the machine didn’t puke at all but did glitch after the first sudslock and got stuck filling for a sump flush while in anti suds resulting in it filling a quarter of the way up the door just to drain it all out again. good thing I ain’t on a water meter and an even better thing is that I have really low water pressure as if I didn’t there was a risk the machine could have really badly overfilled and flooded! I’m honestly just glad that the machine did that and didn’t continue to spin when it was in anti suds resulting in it flooding suds out the drawer and then completely freeze like it did previously. still think that awful excuse of a smart app aka HomeWhiz has left corrupted software on the main PCB and that’s what caused it to continue filling up 😐 The third and fourth interm spins are where it gets weird I don’t understand why on earth it cut out on the second attempt of both spins due to the tiny waterlock that was almost cleared then proceeds to completely abort the spins!
