Day 3 on the Great Divide Trail pushes me to my limit — and then makes me laugh about it later. Somewhere along the way, I have a tense encounter with a grizzly bear, which sends my nerves through the roof. But the real surprise came before the day began — when a deer decides to terrorize my campsite, keeping me awake with relentless stomping and curiosity.
