778 KM EV Road Trip Completed! 😱 Kasauli → Dehradun → Delhi | Tata Punch EV | Part 2

Welcome to Part 2 and the final episode of our 2-day, 778 KM family road trip in our Tata Punch EV! 🚗⚡ In Part 1, we travelled from Delhi to Chandigarh, covered around 256 KM, and explored the famous Nek Chand's Rock Garden. From there, our journey continues in this video as we take the Tata Punch EV through different terrains, changing weather conditions, heavy rain, hills, highways and multiple charging stops before finally reaching back home in Delhi. This is the complete continuation and ending of our 778 KM road trip. ⛰️ Chandigarh → Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh After exploring Rock Garden in Chandigarh, we continued towards Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. The journey gave us a completely different driving experience as we moved from Chandigarh towards the hills. 🌧️ Rainy weather ⛰️ Hill roads and changing terrain 🚗 Tata Punch EV hill-drive experience 🔋 EV range and regeneration experience 🏨 Night stay in Kasauli We stayed overnight and continued our journey the next morning. 🌅 Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh The next morning, we travelled back towards Chandigarh and visited Sukhna Lake. After spending some time in Chandigarh, we suddenly planned our next destination — Dehradun, where we had to drop my sister. And that's where the journey became even more interesting. 🛣️ Chandigarh → Dehradun via Shimla Bypass Instead of taking the usual route, we travelled towards Dehradun through the Shimla Bypass route. Along the way, we decided to make another stop at: 🙏 Paonta Sahib Gurudwara We explored the place and then continued towards Dehradun. 📍 Paonta Sahib → Dehradun After visiting Paonta Sahib, we continued towards Dehradun and finally dropped my sister there. The journey also gave us the opportunity to experience different road conditions, terrains and weather, including plenty of rain during the trip. ⚡ Tata Punch EV — Complete Road Trip Experience One of the biggest parts of this video is the real-world EV driving experience. Across this journey, we show: 🔋 Where charging was actually required ⚡ Different charging stops 💰 Charging experience and costs 🚗 Tata Punch EV performance over different terrains ⛰️ Hill driving experience 🌧️ EV driving in rainy weather 🔋 Regeneration experience during the journey 🛣️ Highway and expressway driving 📊 Real-world long-distance EV experience Rather than presenting this as a controlled range test, this is our actual family road trip experience, with luggage, different weather, hills, highways and multiple destinations. 🛣️ Dehradun → Delhi | New Saharanpur-Delhi Highway After dropping my sister in Dehradun, we charged the Tata Punch EV back to full and started our return journey to Delhi. For the first time, we decided to experience the new Saharanpur–Delhi Highway route and see how the journey was. This final stretch completed our 778 KM road trip and brought us back home to Delhi. 🎫 Annual Toll Pass — Entire Journey Another useful part of this trip was our Annual Toll Pass. All the tolls during this complete road trip were covered through our Annual Toll Pass, so we did not have to make separate toll payments at each toll plaza.
