SKYJACK Scissors Man Lift SJ4626 Won't Move Joystick Control Box Repair, Electronics & Diagnostics

This SKYJACK wouldn't move and went up slowly. The repair is fairly simple in most cases. I cover the electronics of the PWM speed module and the surprising things I found.
