Sunday 12th July 2026 : Life Together - 'Accepting One Another'

This Sunday Bev is leading our prayers of intercession, Steve is leading sung worship and Pastor Dan will be closing our 'Life Together' series speaking about Accepting One Another Erine reads Romans 15:1-13. There are some testimonies at the end of the service. If you would like to give further thought to this sermon, here are some questions to think through: Can you think of a ‘neighbour’ of yours whom you can encourage and build up? ‘Christ became a servant’ - what do you think about the idea that we worship a King who is also a servant? ‘Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you’. Do you really believe that by God’s grace you are accepted by him? Can you think of Christian(s) whom you find it difficult to accept? Does it help to remember that Christ has accepted them? Choose one of the ‘impartations’ - from either verses 5-6 or verse 13 of the passage above. Speak it over yourself slowly, repeating it several times. Let it sink in. What is God saying to you through this?
