WTSD Season IV | Ignia's Restoration, Part I: The Warmth That Remained

🔥 The Warmth That Remained | Ignia's Restoration, Part I | When The Stars Died Even beneath the ashes, some flames refuse to die. Ignia, Goddess of Fire, Keeper of the Hearth, and Guardian of Births, once understood that fire was more than the power to destroy. It was the warmth that gathered families around a table. The light that chased away the darkness. The flame that shaped steel, prepared meals, sheltered the weary, and welcomed new life into the world. But the Void twisted her memories until every flame became a reminder of suffering. Every home reduced to ashes. Every life destined to know pain. Every new beginning became another tragedy waiting to happen. And slowly, Ignia forgot everything fire could be besides destruction. Yet not everything was lost. Through Roselia, Fiora, and Astra, Ignia is confronted with something the Void can no longer completely silence: the legacy of the goddess she once was. The lessons she passed to her daughter. The strength she helped nurture. The lives that carry her teachings forward. For the first time, the certainty sustaining her corruption begins to fracture. The memories are returning. The darkness is losing its hold. And somewhere beneath the grief, the first traces of warmth begin to stir. But this is not the end of Ignia's restoration. She has not yet reclaimed her purpose, and the wounds left by the Void have not simply disappeared. There is still a long way home. For now, there is a question she can finally bring herself to ask: *“What else have I forgotten?”* Sometimes, restoration does not begin with a triumphant declaration or a victory over darkness. Sometimes, it begins when someone reminds us of the good we once believed in, and we find ourselves wondering whether it might still be true. The flame can destroy. But it can also protect, nurture, and welcome. And the warmth that remained was never as far away as Ignia believed. 🔥 *The Restorations continue.* 🔥 Welcome back to *When The Stars Died*, Crusaders. ❤️ --- 🎵 *Memory Fragment:* The Warmth That Remained 🔥 *Character:* Ignia 📖 *Arc:* The Restorations | Ignia, Part I ⚔️ *Universe:* Zestian: When The Stars Died 🎼 *Genre:* Gothic Symphonic Metal / Cinematic Fantasy Metal 💬 *For the Hope Crusade:* When everything around us begins to look like a source of pain, can the memories of the love we once gave help us find our way back?
