How I Set Up My Flower Shed for a Bouquet Bar Pop-Up

Today I’m showing how I’m setting up my bouquet bar pop-up at Pearl, our flower shed. In this video, I’m walking through how I’m arranging the flowers, setting up the extra pop-up tent, creating a wrapping station and checkout area, placing signs, and getting all the extra products ready for customers to shop. One thing I’m especially curious about going into this event is whether the people marked “interested” on my Facebook event page will actually turn into real foot traffic on the day of the pop-up. So part of this setup is not just making Pearl look pretty — it’s making the whole experience feel clear, welcoming, and easy to shop, whether a few people come or a lot. Pearl is still growing as a destination, so this event is also part of a bigger goal: helping more people find us, understand how to shop here, and feel comfortable coming back on our regular open days.
