Today, we prepared a super delicious and spicy Anjal Masala Fry using our very own homemade masala! 😍🔥 For this recipe, we prepared a rich and flavorful masala using fresh onions and chopped tomatoes, along with our special homemade spice mix. Once the masala was perfectly cooked, we directly dipped the Anjal fish slices into the masala and allowed them to fry slowly. The best part is that we let the fish slices cook and soak up all the masala on their own. This helped the Anjal absorb all those spicy, aromatic flavours, making every bite incredibly tasty! 🤤🐟 The final result was spicy, juicy, flavorful, and absolutely mouth-watering.
