In Christ, Jew and Gentile are equally righteous and heirs to the kingdom. Key Points... 1. The inclusion of the Gentiles is an essential core teaching of the Gospel. 2. God revealed the mystery that Jewish and Gentile believers are one in Christ. 3. Through Christ, all believers may approach God with confidence. Challenge... Because God provided a way for the spiritual reconciliation of man, Satan hates God. Because there is spiritual reconciliation for man (and not fallen angels), Satan hates man. Therefore, Satan has contempt, hate, and evil intent for believers. Because Satan was Lucifer, the morning star, he can appear as an angel of light. Therefore, deception is one of his most effective destructive strategies. Therefore, Satan uses things that appear spiritually benign to deceive both unbelievers and believers.
