ESO PvE Solo Magicka Sorcerer Build Guide

The Build Guide for my ESO PvE Solo Magicka Sorcerer. The build guide has information about sets, traits, enchantments, abilities, mundus, food, potions and CP with a DPS sample at the end. I prefer a build that I do not have to change between bosses or even dungeons themselves. I do not change sets within a dungeon.
