The Unfinished Story – Chapter 2: The MESSAGE We Proclaim We know who sends us. But what exactly are we announcing? We may assume everyone knows the gospel, but knowing it well is not the same as stating it clearly and completely. Paul defines the message carefully: Christ died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures (1 Cor. 15:3–4). We are couriers, not editors. In this session, we ask whether we are preaching the full gospel: Christ from the start, the resurrection at the centre, the blood, and a clear call to repent and believe. We sit in the courtroom of Romans, look at what happens when we add to the gospel (prosperity or legalism), learn to handle the Word rightly, and walk through seven things the apostles announced in Acts. The starting point changes with the audience, but the destination is always the same: Christ crucified and risen.
