Horrible Modded Dover Traction Elevators - Little Tokyo Mall - Los Angeles, CA

[Recorded June 2024] These are Dover elevators that probably had Impulse fixtures and they were probably completely destroyed. These now have ERM fixtures and even these aren't holding up well, so that says a lot. The car I rode is a piece of junk. It's in horrible shape and runs so bad.
