But in all seriousness, this is probably the most unconventional Robot Master design I've seen. But he's our fire level for this game, and it's inside of volcano. There's a whole lot of lava here, a good amount of it the rising variety, and some of it lowers. But that's not the only thing this stage is home to. This stage also holds Fire Man in it, and you'll need the Blast Missile in order to reach him. Fire Man fights similarly to how he does in Powered Up, so no AI abuse from Mega Man 1 here. Drake Man however is a very mobile bot. He will spend most of the fight flying from wall to wall, unleashing his fire breath on you at varying heights. When he lines up with you, he will fire 3 in a row, before either jumping to the next wall or landing on the platform briefly. If he lands on the platform, he will fire yet another Fire Breath at you, and then jump to the opposite side and do it again. This specific attack seems to do the most damage. When he fires from the top of the wall, the fire breath will leave behind a trail that will descend on you shortly afterwards. If you want to hit him with his weakness, you'll have to get close with the bubble and pop it manually, but it can at least block a few blows from his fire breath. __ Excited for the possibility of a new Mega Man X game?
