Your Mileage Log, Done for You | Automatic Tracking in Speedometer 55 PRO

Drive for work and get reimbursed by the mile? Speedometer 55 PRO keeps the mileage log for you, and turns the month into a PDF report you can hand in. Keeping a log by hand means remembering every trip, writing down the odometer, and rebuilding the month the night before the claim is due. Here the phone does it, and you never touch it while driving. Set it up once. In the menu, open the settings of New Track and switch Automatic tracking on. It needs location access set to Always and motion access, and the screen shows both. Turn on notifications to hear when a trip starts and ends. Switch on the work hours schedule, and drives in work hours are filed as Business, everything else as Personal. Then just drive. As the car pulls away, the app starts recording on its own. The phone stays in your pocket and the recording carries on in the background. At the client the trip ends by itself, and a notification says how far you drove and where the trip started and ended. The drive is already in your log: distance, time, start and end address, cost, and the category. At the end of the month, filter the log to last month and Business, choose More, then Generate PDF report. Add your name, your vehicle and your rate per mile for each category, and the report lists every trip with its date, addresses, purpose and miles, and the amount to claim. For field sales, contractors, home visits, deliveries, and anyone reimbursed for business miles. Automatic tracking includes 50 automatic trips a month; unlimited automatic tracking is an upgrade in the app. English simulator demonstration recorded with Speedometer 55 PRO. The drive is simulated; the month of trips behind it is sample data. Automatic mileage tracking: https://hdocs.blocoware.com/en/speedo... PDF mileage report: https://hdocs.blocoware.com/en/speedo...
